Before coming for your medical examination, you must lodge your visa application, either with the Australian Embassy or via eVisa systems
Bring the letter from the Australian embassy, along with the Health Examination List or the Examination Referral Letter which contains your HAP ID/ TRN number

Minors (15 years old and below) must be accompanied by their parent or by a legal guardian who has thorough knowledge of the child's medical history.

Whenever applicable, please bring the following:
Old chest x-ray films not less than 6 months prior to the medical examination
Original COVID-19 Vaccination card and photocopy
Medical certificate regarding a previously-treated or currently managed clinically significant illness
Medical Treatment
name of medication (brand and/or generic name)
dosage
duration and dates of treatment
surgical procedure done
complete final diagnosis
outcome of treatment or treatment plans and prognosis, if available
The medical certificate should contain the following information:
COVID-19 Screening and Vaccination
Applicants with signs and symptoms of possible COVID 19 will not be allowed to proceed with the medical examination and will need complete the recommended isolation period.
All visa applicants who are close contacts of suspected COVID-19 cases will also be required to complete the quarantine period prior to doing their medical examination.
Applicants are asked to bring the original and clear photocopy of their COVID-19 vaccination record.
Listed below are the INITIAL tests required for your visa medical examination. Significant health conditions identified during initial medical examination may require further clinical investigation, based on the visa medical examination guidelines set by the Australian Government, Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
PERMANENT Visa Applicants
Permanent visa applicants 2-10 years old are required to undertake either a Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) OR a TB Blood Test (Interferon Gamma Release Assay or IGRA)
Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) requires 2 clinic visits. Second visit is between 48 and 72 hours from TST placement.
The TB Blood Test (Interferon Gamma Release Assay or IGRA) will only require 1 clinic visit if results are negative.
Chest X-ray will be required for children 10 years old and below if they have a positive TST/IGRA result or have exposure to TB Cases or a history of TB disease
TEMPORARY Visa Applicants

To avoid TST from becoming invalidated, please be at the clinic at least an hour before the schedule written on your TST return slip.

Parents are strongly encouraged to consider immunizing their children against:
Hepatitis B
Tetanus
Poliomyelitis Type-b (Hib)
Meningococcal
Measles
Varicella (chickenpox)
Diphtheria
Pertussis (whooping cough)
Haemophilus influenzae
Pneumococcal
Mumps
Rubella
Rotavirus vaccination is encouraged in infants between two and eight months of age.
The Australian embassy strongly encourages applicants especially children, to complete their immunization before travel to Australia.
Immunization is required for school enrolment as well as settlement-related purposes including family benefits.

TB screening and treatment are included in the fees, while all non-TB tests will be charged accordingly.
Please be guided accordingly.
Specialty consultations available within the clinic are performed free of charge. Referrals to other clinics will be charged accordingly.
Additional tests deemed necessary in the course of physical exam are charged accordingly.
REMINDERS:
Applicants are advised to take their meals prior to coming over for their medical examination since food is not allowed within the premises and all the initial blood and urine tests do not require a fasting state. There are restaurants near º£½ÇÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø and drinking fountains are available within the building.
Females within the reproductive age group are advised not to schedule their medical examination during their menstrual period. Otherwise, they will be required to come back one week after the last day of their menstruation.

Note:
Medical results and documents are completed according to the physical examination, x-ray and laboratory results, which will be conducted and processed in accordance with the guidelines set by the Australia Government - Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
For eMedical applications, medical reports and x-ray (DICOM image) are electronically submitted online.
